RTPS Bihar Apply Online, Status and Download Certificate

The Right to Public Service (RTPS) Bihar, under the e-District Mission Mode Project, invites online applications for various certificates, including residential, caste, income, character, NCL, and EWS certificates. All eligible candidates, both male & female, can apply online through the official RTPS Bihar website: serviceonline.bihar.gov.in for Nivas Praman Patra / Jati Praman Patra / Aay Praman Patra / Charitra Praman Patra / NCL, and EWS certificates.
