NTA CSIR UGC NET December Certificate 2026

The examination was conducted on 18 December 2025. Admit cards were released on 14 December 2025, and exam city details were announced on 9 December 2025.

General and OBC candidates needed at least 55% marks in M.Sc. or an equivalent degree, while SC/ST and PwD candidates required at least 50%. Candidates with integrated courses, B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharma, or MBBS degrees were also eligible.

The maximum age limit for JRF is 30 years. For Lectureship (LS) and Assistant Professor positions, there is no age limit.

The final answer key for CSIR UGC NET December 2025 was released on 30 December 2025 for candidate reference and verification.

General candidates pay ₹1,150, OBC/EWS candidates pay ₹600, and SC/ST/PwD candidates pay ₹325. The fee payment deadline was 28 October 2025.

The last date to submit the online application is 27 October 2025. Applications received after this date are not considered.

The online application window opened on 25 September 2025. Eligible candidates can apply through the official portal until the last date.

The exam is scheduled for 18 December 2025. Admit cards are released closer to the exam date.
